C150 Fireworks
St Andrew’s Prep, which sits under the Eastbourne College Charity umbrella, was thrilled to see the official celebrations of Eastbourne College’s 150th anniversary start with a bang on Friday night.
The beautiful Memorial Building was the backdrop for a stunning fireworks display organised by former St Andrew’s Prep Pupil, Harry Guthrie. In the recent past, Harry has provided pyrotechnics and special effects for many high profile events including the Rugby World Cup 2015, FA Cup, the Commonwealth Games and last year’s Diamond Jubilee Pageant.
The stunning event was enjoyed by pupils, parents, staff, friends and the local community with many spectators saying it was the best display they had ever seen.
