Sophie, Daisy and Leo all selected for the county
Very many congratulations to Sophie and Leo who have won the opportunity to represent Sussex in the cross country inter-county championships in March.
The dynamic duo displayed great endurance and stamina as they competed in the Sussex Cross Country Championships last week and, in slippery conditions, finished 12th and 16th in their respective fields of 150 runners.
Sophie is also to be congratulated for her selection into the U14 Sussex Cross Country championships and teammate Daisy has been picked for the U13 Sussex Cross Country Championships squad. The girls have been demonstrating great ball skill, balance, accuracy, strength and composure throughout their training sessions here at school, so their selection comes as no surprise.
