Graduate Creative (Drama)

Eastbourne College seeks to appoint a recent graduate to provide inspiration and enrichment to pupils’ learning within the creative arts. The right person will have a marvellous opportunity to work in a stimulating environment where resources, buildings, colleagues and pupils all strengthen the process of teaching and learning.

In addition to helping support the delivery of the academic curriculum, the post would include delivery of LAMDA provision. A keen interest and/or experience in debating and acting for camera/TV production would be an advantage. It is expected that the successful applicant will bring their own talents, skills, ideas and interests to develop the creative learning experiences of our boys and girls.

The post would suit someone looking to apply their skills in a new context, providing fresh opportunities for reflection, research, presentation and production. The successful candidate will have the ability to nurture pupils’ creativity while communicating enthusiasm and arousing curiosity through their inspirational support and guidance.

The post would be particularly suitable for those wishing to gain experience of working within a high-performing department in preparation for further study, or before gaining QTS.

International Admissions Lead 

(Part Time -Approx. 20 hours weekly, All Year Round)

The position requires someone who is personable, with relevant experience and excellent leadership, communication skills and endless initiative. They will need the confidence to be able to interact positively with a wide range of different people both externally and on a college-wide daily basis. It is essential that the individual has an intermediate knowledge of word, excel and outlook as well as the ability to learn internal systems quickly and efficiently. This role will also include cross-charity working at our Prep School, St Andrew’s.

Whilst the role will have an understanding of the full admissions landscape, they will take the lead for international recruitment and agent liaison.

Nursery Assistant

St Andrew’s Prep is looking for a Nursery Assistant to provide a warm and welcoming environment to nurture happy, confident children.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday between 7.45am and 6.15pm, all year round. The successful candidate must be NNEB or Level 3 in childcare or Diploma in Early Years with experience of working with children under 24 months.
