When did you start at St Andrew’s?

I started at St Andrew’s eight years ago in Reception.

What is your earliest memory of the school?

My earliest memory from school is when we were given a caterpillar each and we looked after them in our classroom and watched them go into their cocoons and become butterflies. We released them into the forest school.

What do you look forward to most each day?

The things I look forward to each day are seeing my friends and learning more in the lessons.

How have your friends played a part in your life at St Andrew’s?

My friends have really helped me during my time at St Andrews. I have had some problems with my joints and my friends have helped to carry things for me and to support me when I have found things hard.

What new skills have you developed?

I have gained lots of new skills in my time at St Andrews but the thing I have developed most in is my confidence. I have always been quite shy but my teachers and friends have helped me to be more confident in myself and enjoy new experiences.

Do you have a particular ambition for the future, if so what?

My ambition for the future is to do a job where I can help people who are struggling with the same medical condition I have been dealing with.

What do you love most about the school?

The thing I like most about St Andrews is how inclusive it is and that there are always new opportunities and experiences to try.
