St Andrew’s Prep becomes the First Boarding School to Earn the Gold EAL Quality Mark
We are proud to share that St Andrew’s Prep has been awarded the prestigious Gold EAL Quality Mark, making us the first boarding school with a multilingual population to achieve this recognition. This achievement highlights our commitment to inclusivity, with 21 languages spoken by our pupils and a dedicated team focused on supporting each child’s language journey.
Our EAL provision is built on strong foundations of consistency, with staff, students, and parents working together to celebrate diversity and multilingualism. From buddy and language ambassador systems to inclusive teaching strategies, we ensure every pupil thrives in a supportive, culturally aware environment.
