St Andrew’s U13A Girls’ Netball Team Triumphs in Thrilling Plate Final
The St Andrew’s U13A girls’ netball team participated in the IAPS Netball tournament on Monday, securing a spot in the plate competition. In the semi-final, they overcame a 1-3 deficit at halftime to win 5-3. This led to a rematch against Saint Ronan’s in the plate final. The exciting match ended in a 3-3 draw in normal time, so Golden Goal was needed to separate the teams! Excitingly, the girls clinched the win with a goal by Giorgia, concluding an intense and thrilling day of netball.
