Our table tennis teams had an exciting day in Southampton after securing top spots in the Sussex Team Table Tennis Finals.
The U11 Boys and Girls teams were in superb form, dominating all of their matches and securing convincing wins across the board. Their outstanding performances have earned them a well-deserved place in the Regional Finals, which will take place on the 27th of February. We couldn’t be prouder of how they represented the school with both skill and sportsmanship.
Meanwhile, the U13 Boys team faced a tough challenge in their final round. After a hard-fought tournament, they were tied with 6 points by the last match. Unfortunately, despite their best efforts, Salesian Sixth Form College won more games in the final round, leaving our U13 boys as runners-up. It was a narrow loss, but their resilience and team spirit shone through every step of the way.
Throughout the day, all our players showed exceptional behaviour, sportsmanship, and teamwork, making them brilliant ambassadors for the school.
Next up, the U11s are ready for the Regional Finals, and we’re already looking forward to more action and success. Stay tuned and keep cheering on our incredible teams!
