The Mock Election

Pupils and Staff have voted in their own mock election. Children from Year 8 acted as Party Leaders and spoke in assembly on Monday to outline their policies and how they would deal with national and, more locally, school issues. Children and staff have then voted during their break times.

Green party joint leaders Will and Zac said “we are delighted with the results although we were always confident. It was good that the young people of St Andrew’s believed our message about global warming and the threat it poses.”
